Steven holds a B.S. from Mississippi State University and continues a rich heritage of innovation and leadership. As a committed husband, father, and community member, he embodies the entrepreneurial spirit passed down from his grandfather and father.
His grandfather blazed trails in oil and gas as the founder of an independent exploration firm. Steven’s father scaled that foundation dramatically, establishing and overseeing more than 50 enterprises united as The Craft Companies.
Steven began his professional journey collaborating closely with his father as a petroleum geologist, later shifting to business development roles where he successfully raised significant capital for bold drilling initiatives.
Through those experiences, Steven sensed a deeper calling to align his natural talents and strong faith toward meaningful impact. The resilience, conviction, and forward-thinking mindset that drove oil operations in Mississippi and Alabama now power Lucleon Insurance along Florida’s Gulf shores.
Launched in 2020 in Destin, Lucleon draws on extensive risk expertise from the energy sector to shield Florida families and companies with unwavering reliability.
